Sign Holders
Sign holders come in 4x6, 5x7, 8.5x11 and A4 sizes. The 8.5x11 size sells the most. Restaurants order them for table menus. Real estate offices put property sheets in them.
Brochure Racks
Brochure holders fit standard tri-fold pamphlets. Single pocket units cost less. Multi-pocket versions hold 4, 6 or 8 stacks at once. Wall mounted types save counter space in busy reception areas.
Business Card Displays
Business card holders sit on desks and checkout counters. The basic model holds one stack. Some clients order divided versions for two or three card types.
Materials
All holders use cast acrylic sheet. Thickness runs 2mm for small items and 3mm for anything over 8 inches tall. Thicker material costs more but stands up better to daily use.
Finish Options
Clear acrylic is standard. Black and white cost the same. Frosted finish adds 15% to the price. Color matching for brand requirements needs a 500 piece minimum.
How Orders Work
Stock Items
Stock items ship in 5 days. These include common sizes in clear acrylic.

Custom Orders
Custom orders take 2 to 3 weeks after artwork approval. The factory needs vector files for any printing. JPG and PNG files work but may lose quality on large graphics.

Minimums
Minimum order is 100 pieces for stock items. Custom work starts at 300 pieces. Orders under the minimum incur a small lot fee.

Samples
Samples cost $15 to $30 depending on size. Sample cost applies to the first production order.

Pricing
A clear 8.5x11 sign holder runs $2.80 each at 500 pieces. Price drops to $2.20 at 1000 pieces and $1.85 at 3000 pieces.
Printing adds $0.40 to $0.90 per piece for single color. Full color UV printing runs $1.20 to $2.00 depending on coverage area.
Freight ships FOB Shenzhen. Most US orders go by sea and arrive in 18 to 22 days. Air freight cuts that to 5 days but triples the shipping cost.

Cosmetic brands order tiered displays for product samples. A 3-tier unit with 12 slots runs about $18 each at 200 pieces.
Jewelry Stores
Jewelry stores want locking cases. Hinged lids with small locks add $4 to $6 per unit.
Electronics Retailers
Some clients need holes drilled for cable routing. Electronics retailers use these for charging station displays. Drilling is free on orders over 500 pieces.
Quality Notes
Acrylic scratches easier than glass. Each piece ships with protective film on both sides. The film peels off after installation.
Edges are flame polished for a smooth finish. Machine cut edges look frosty and cost less. Most retail clients want polished edges.
Bonding uses solvent welding. This creates a stronger joint than glue. Joints are nearly invisible on clear material.
Packing
- Small holders pack 50 to 100 pieces per carton. Each piece has individual poly bag protection. Cartons use double wall corrugated board.
- Large or fragile items get foam corner protection. Breakage rate on sea shipments runs under 1% with proper packing.
