Appearance inspection
Visually or under a microscope, observe whether the surface is smooth and whether there are any defects such as bubbles, scratches, impurities or cracks.Use a colorimeter to detect color consistency and avoid color difference problems.
Thermal performance test
Test the temperature resistance of the material under load. The heat distortion temperature of ordinary acrylic is approximately 70-100℃. Evaluate the dimensional stability of the material under temperature changes, with a typical value of 6×10⁻ ⁵ cm/℃
Physical performance test
According to the ASTM D638 standard, tested using a universal material testing machine, the tensile strength should be ≥70 MPa and the elongation at break ≥4%. Test the bending modulus and failure stress in accordance with GB/T 9341 to ensure that the material is not prone to deformation under
Optical performance test
Refractive index:Measured by the Abbe refractometer, the standard value is 1.49±0.001 (ASTM D542).
Yellowing Index (YI):Initial value ≤1.5, change ΔYI≤3 after UV aging (ASTM E313).

High-difficulty hot bending process
The complex hot-bending process can heat the sheet into any shape you want. For example: heart-shaped, five-pointed star-shaped, conical. It can achieve a perfect fit at the interface after hot bending.
Bubble-free bonding technology
After 10 years of research and testing, we independently developed bubble-free glue. The industry-exclusive bubble-free bonding technology makes the product more traceless and aesthetically pleasing.
Every finished product leaving the factory undergoes our triple inspection to safeguard the rights and interests of our customers. The first step is that when the raw materials of the plates are warehoused,they will undergo appearance checks such as color number and thickness. The second step is to make pre-production samples for customers to confirm before mass production to ensure the consistency of product details. Thirdly, after the packaging is sealed, QC conducts random inspections of the finished products to ensure that the defect rate is less than 4.5%.
Each of our products will be carefully cleaned and packed before delivery to withstand and prevent damage during transportation.We will customize different suitable packaging for each product.To guarantee the overall quality, the well-packed package will go through a drop test from 1.4m and with different positions.
