Standard production methods include laser precision cutting, CNC machining, thermoforming, adhesive bonding, and various edge finishing processes such as solvent polishing or flame polishing. Prototype Making – Upon design approval, we will create a prototype of the custom display for client review and authorization.

Manufacturing and Construction – Full-scale production begins with the manufacture and construction of custom displays according to approved specifications or prototypes.

Quality Control – Custom displays undergo comprehensive quality verification throughout the production process and upon completion to ensure they meet all specifications and are defect-free.

Delivery and Shipping – Once completed, custom acrylic displays are packaged for shipment to the customer's designated address.

 

Acrylic Manufacturing Capabilities/Service Portfolio:

 

Laser processing is a key technology in acrylic manufacturing. We utilize advanced laser equipment to process acrylic materials of various thicknesses. Thinner materials are easier to process, while thicker materials may require additional edge finishing. Our CO2 laser system can process any type of acrylic up to 1/2 inch thick while maintaining excellent edge quality; materials up to 1 inch thick require additional finishing. Other processing methods include CNC milling and waterjet cutting. CNC milling provides precise cuts and shaping for display and signage applications. Waterjet technology achieves clean, smooth cuts with advantages including uniform matte edges, minimal waste, and the ability to process thicker materials without edge distortion. The choice between laser, CNC milling, and waterjet machining depends on factors such as project specifications, design complexity, desired edge finish, timeline, and budget.

 

 

Manufacturing Techniques and Operations:

 

Throughout customization of acrylic displays, we execute various fabrication methods and procedures, guaranteeing final products satisfy specifications and quality benchmarks.

Laser and CNC Machining – Acrylic sheets are cut to specified dimensions using laser or CNC equipment.
