2. Concept Design
2 to 3 options of concept design for client's review ( Software : Sketchup, Keyshot)
3. Cost Estimation
On our quote sheet you'll find detailed information about material , packaging method ,container loadings , prototype & production lead time .
4. Structural Design
A good structural design is a perfect balance about how to make it not only nicely but also cost-effectively. We use Solidworks to make structural design.
5. Prototyping
Usually acrylic proto takes 3 to 5 working days , wooden or metal proto takes 7 to 14 working days .
6. Mass Production
Production usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Our internal quality control protocol including inline inspection twice & final inspection once applied to each order, no matter the order is big or small.

When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent toget the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-15 days.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 20 days.
Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
