①What about shipping?
We process inventory retail/sample order in 3-7days. Shipping time by express from China to most of countries is 4-7 business days. Sometimes, Customs clearance would cost several days more. It depends on your processing. Only some of orders by express (TNT/UPS/Fedex/DHL/EMS) may need you to process customs clearance. E-packet is 14-23 days. China post air mail is 18-27 days even more. For custom order or wholesale order, mix order please contact us to confirm the details and lead time.
②What about the payment and refund?
1) We accept West Union, PayPal, T/T. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor ESCROW.
2)If orders was return to China since customers refusing to do the customs clearance or address/Tel is incorrect for delivery, we would not do the refund. Because we have to bear double freight when parcel was return to China.
3)For damages, as usual, we would arrange several spares to avoid damages issue before shipment, or ship new ones as compensation after you notice us the issue. Any comments, please contact us, we would reply you within 1 day. Please don`t leave bad comments or submit a dispute directly without any contact with us.
③Will there be any tax or handle fees on my order?
If shipping by express like TNT/ UPS/DHL/ Fedex, EMS, it may cost extra fee. We usually make the order customs amount lower than real amount to help you avoid extra customs clearance fee. But it is not guaranteed. Some countries like Brazil, Spain are strictly on customs. As policy, when the order reach your country, you should pay for the tax and other handle fee by yourselves according to your local policy. Most of small orders not need to pay for the tax and handle fee. Parcel shipped by e-packet/ China post air mail etc. would not cost extra fee as we know.
