Shipping details:
We ship mass production by sea and air. Small volume will be shipped by express,
air. Express we use is DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS and so on. Shipping by air, just

Q1:How can I get the production&price informations?
A1:Please contact us in email, then we will send the information which you need to you.
Q2:How to enjoy the OEM services?
A2:Usually, based on your design drawings or original samples, we give some technical
proposals and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we make samples for your approval before mass production once get order confirmed.
Q3:How long does it take to receive the sample?
A3:It depend on the complexity of your items. If we have mould, the time to make the
sample is about 7 working days. If not, the longest will be 20days including design, sculpture confirmation time.
Q4:Does your company do the retail business?
A4:We are manufacturer, not retailer. We specialize in B2B.
Q5:What’s the minimum order?
A5:MOQ is 500 pcs/sets normally, and could be 100pcs depends on the items ruuning on production line or not.
Q6:What types of payment do you accept?
A6:We accept TT, Papal, LC etc. Normally, 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
Q7:How the cargoes?
A7: Which depends on customer request,
Normally, for bigh volumn, we suggest to ship by sea,
