· Sample charge: to customized a new sample for quality test, our company usually collect sample fee for small items, which can be 100% refundable if order confirmed, delivery cost not included.
· Payment terms for sample: T/T, Western Union, Paypal.
· Sample time: 3 working days since payment confirmed
· Delivery time: 5 days by Fedex, DHL, UPS.
· Exception: if product's value is under $5 and we have current sample in model room. our company agree to send free sample, but delivery cost is still needed.
