Vertical adhesion and bevel bonding of acrylic board

The bonding of acrylic sheet is mainly affected by two aspects: the applicability of adhesive itself and the skill of bonding.

Acrylic plate bonding skills

The facade bonding is one of the most widely used bonding technology.

First, the surface to be bonded should be wiped clean. The best use of the adhesive bonding profile, which does not shake, which is conducive to improve the bonding quality. The thickness of 3mm acrylic plate bonding, can be inserted into the fine wire, using capillary action to complete the bonding, before the curing of the adhesive to extract wire. Or use adhesive tape to protect the part that does not need to be glued, leave the adhesive coating with adhesive, and then dip it into the acrylic board to extrude the bubbles.

Two, docking two pieces of acrylic plate to be docked on the operating platform, and adhesive tape at the bottom, leaving a gap not larger than 0.3mm width to prepare coating adhesive. Then inject the adhesive evenly and slowly into the gap from the side with the syringe until it is fully filled. Then, remove the adhesive tape after being completely solidified.

Three, an adhesive bonding surface must use 90 degrees to prevent copying, sticky surface displacement. Coating adhesive should be uniform and slow. To be fully cured to remove the template.

Four. Plane bonding is a special adhesive method. First, the adhesive surfaces are cleaned and placed horizontally, and a proper amount of adhesive is placed on the surface. The other side of the acrylic plate is inclined to touch the acrylic plate which is coated with adhesive, and then it is put down slowly and evenly, and the bubbles are pulled out from one side to finish the bonding.

Five, acrylic plate bonding matters needing attention:

1. All acrylic adhesive can corrode the surface of acrylic board, and leave traces which are difficult to be eliminated. Therefore, it can be used to protect the parts which need not be bonded by sticking glue. 3, if the adhesive dosage is too little, the adhesive will bring air into the air when the adhesive is contracted. 2, grease, dust or pores will hinder the coating of the adhesive evenly and leave the bubble, so must be removed before bonding. 4, direct blow will make the bonding surface edge because of the rapid evaporation of adhesives and white. 5, before the adhesive has not been completely cured, the direct sunlight exposure for a long time, will make acrylic products to varying degrees of yellowing, seriously affecting the beauty of acrylic products.
