What glue can be used to bond acrylic products?
Acrylic manual processing factories often use glue when making acrylic products. However, in general, the glued joints are not easy to break, but some customers cannot accidentally break during use. What should I do now? Today, Kailik’s small-scale acrylic processing factory tells everyone what should be done at this time?
If the requirements are not strict and there are no conditions, I suggest that you can use 502 glue to bond. Of course, the effect of bonding is not as good as acrylic glue. However, 502 glue is cheap, and there is always a spare at home. It is very convenient if you don't have a purchase.
The glue commonly used by acrylic manufacturers is chloroform, also known as chloroform, which is a special glue for acrylic processing. There is no general family because it has no bonding to other items. So it is not a must in our lives.
Chloroform, which dissolves the surface of the acrylic quickly, so that the faces to be bonded are joined together and integrated. The advantage of this kind of glue is very strong, but it is also disadvantageous. Under normal circumstances, if the bonding surface enters the air, it will produce a little bubble. This is inevitable, even if the technology is good, there is no guarantee that there is no bubble at all. And you can only control as few points as possible.
Acrylic processing manufacturers use syringes to bond various acrylic products. Because this acrylic is used for certain corrosive properties, try not to let the glue touch the skin.
