Due to the particularity of the acrylic industry, the products required by customers are often customized, and the factories are generally not stocked, which means that once the customers need samples, our factory needs to let the workers re-create for the customers, maybe The material itself is not worth much, but the cost of labor is not to be underestimated.
2. From a certain level of hierarchy, drawing, making molds, etc. All of these high-volume production processes are not deductible during proofing. Because there is no large quantity of goods to share these costs, so the price of proofing will be higher than the unit price, which is why the proofing fee is much higher than the unit price of large goods.
Although the sample fee is indispensable, we will bear the cost of the sample for the customer when the customer places an order. In other words, as long as you place an order, the proofing fee is equivalent to free.
