Last Tuesday, a lecture on newcomer training was held in the Silicon Valley of South Union. The lecturer was Phoenix, a teacher with 18 years of trade experience. Participants in this lecture included salespersons from different companies in different industries in the Seven Military Region of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Among them were nine foreign trade salesmen from Aoke Perspex Products Co., Ltd. They learned from each other and made progress together. The teacher also shared her experience of how she has been getting off the road of trade this past 18 years. At the same time, she also put forward some more appropriate methods of work for these newly recruited people.
