Five kinds of processing technology of acrylic organic glass

First, injection molding

This process is mainly made by suspension polymerization of granular material, forming in the ordinary injection molding machine. Injection molding products need to be treated at 70-80 degrees hot air circulation drying box, processing time according to the thickness of acrylic products to determine, generally four hours or so.

Two, casting molding

The shape of profiles is made by bulk polymerization, which is generally used in organic glass panels, bars and other profiles. Casting products need to be processed at 60 C for two hours and two hours for 120 hours.

Three, thermoforming

With blank size up in the mold, heating to soften, then through the vacuum drawing or with the punch direct pressure let it close to the mold surface, and surface like shape, finally cooling after finishing products. It is worth noting that the fast low vacuum molding products generally used when drawing close to the lower limit of the temperature, time and depth of drawing forming a complex shape of the product will be close to the upper limit of the temperature, usually with normal temperature.

Four, extrusion molding

Profiles made of particulate materials produced by suspension polymerization. Such profiles are often resistant to heat and have less solubility than cast shapes. But because of the high production efficiency, especially for the pipe and other casting mold difficult to manufacture profiles. So it is also the processing technology used by many technicians.

Five engraving and cutting

This process is mainly for the shaping of acrylic material for hollowing and engraving. Now the main use of laser engraving cutting machine to carry out this process.
