  1. Flat-bonding: Put two acrylic sheets to be bonded horizontally on the operating platform, close them, and stick a tape at the bottom, leaving a gap of no more than 0.3mm wide for injection of acrylic glue. Use a syringe to inject the acrylic glue from the side evenly and slowly from the gap until it is fully filled. After it is fully cured, remove the tape.

  2. 45 of adhesive: adhesive must ramp cam angle of 90 degrees, in order to prevent displacement of the adherend surface. When injecting acrylic glue, it should be uniform and slow. The mold can be removed after it is fully cured.

  3. spray glue: spray glue is actually a large area of surface and surface bonding. First wipe the side that is glued and place it horizontally, then spray the glue on a large area; place one side of the other acrylic plate diagonally on the acrylic plate that is sprayed with glue, then slowly and evenly lower it. The bubbles are driven out to complete the bonding. Acrylic glue can erode the surface of the acrylic sheet and leave traces that are difficult to remove. Therefore, the adhesive can be used to protect the parts that do not need to be bonded.

In addition, it should be noted that grease, dust or pores will prevent the uniform coating of acrylic glue and leave air bubbles; excessive use of acrylic glue will bring air into the contraction; direct blowing will also make the bonding surface The edges are whitened by the volatilization of the acrylic glue. Moreover, indoor humidity, temperature, etc. all have a direct impact on the bonding of acrylic sheets.
